The new Blair Witch Project.

I admit that I don’t know much about that said movie except that it was filmed entirely via hand held. And that it immediately reached cult-status. So, gritty, grungy and raw movies are in right now! 

District 9 had a semi grunge effect going on, also hailed as a sleeper hit of 2009. Cindi likes the kid alien. Wikus van der Merwe. There. I wrote his name. 

Fook yeah? Absolutely! 

Does anyone remember FreakyLinks? That TV series ages ago that could-have-been?

It is rather similar to the Blair Witch Project as well, though with only 13 episodes. Wasn’t all that popular here, but I liked it. So did Jason. 

And this morning I happen to spot an article about this movie on Yahoo.

Limited screening only, but I decided to check out the trailer. It has a bit of a home-movie thing going on, with a supernatural twist. Blair Witch in your house. Except that the spook may be a demon.

D: I have homework to do, you see, whereas all you have to do is roam the (densely polluted) countryside and select souls to be devoured. Or whatever it is that you do. Are you the star in Paranormal Activity now?

Haha. See for yourself. Although I’m kinda terrified by the trailer right now.

Twilight teaser!

Yes, the teaser trailer for Twilight is finally out! Thanks to Stephenie Meyer’s website, the link has been posted. As they say, teasers are short, but it gives you a glimpse into the book-to-film production, *wink*. Won’t say it’s brilliant or anything, because it’s too short to be really judged from a trailer-perspective. We have to wait and see.
